Sponsorship and Vendor Opportunities
The RISS Western Region Human Trafficking Summit is one of the largest law enforcement human trafficking summits on the West Coast. It is an opportunity for a multitude of law enforcement organizations from around the country to gather and discuss ways to combat human trafficking. This year’s summit will be held at the Wild Horse Pass Resort & Casino. We cordially invite you to participate in this event, as it will be an opportunity to showcase your products to over 150 law enforcement organizations, build buzz around the community, gain new customers, as well as foster relationships with existing ones. Sponsorship opportunities range from $800 to $20,000, allowing opportunities for both small and large organizations to participate.
- Have your company recognized as a Gold Sponsor
- Have a classroom named after your company to maximize your summit presence
>> The rebranded room name will be reflected on the summit agenda and map - Receive 5 minutes to address all attendees at the opening ceremony
>> If you can relate your presentation to human trafficking, more time may be allocated, pending approval - Receive the attendee list 3 weeks prior to the summit (names and emails only)
- Receive a complimentary Vendor Table and your choice of space in either the Vendor Hall or hallway outside of the classrooms
- Be recognized as a Gold Sponsor through the following:
>> Verbal recognition at the opening and closing ceremonies
>> Your company logo displayed on the projection screen before the opening ceremony
>> Your company logo displayed on the projection screen in each classroom between speakers
>> Your company logo displayed on summit materials
>> A push notification on the summit app - Receive access to the Conference Tracker Leads app (must register before March 26th)
- Have the option to place promotional items in the summit bag
- Receive priority access to private meeting space in the summit area to meet with clients or conduct a meeting
- Have your company recognized as a Silver Sponsor
- Receive 5 minutes to present your product to attendees during one of the breakout sessions
- Receive the attendee list 2 weeks prior to the summit (names and emails only)
- Receive a complementary Vendor Table and your choice of space in either the Vendor Hall or
hallway outside of the classrooms - Be recognized as a Silver Sponsor through the following:
>> Verbal recognition at the opening and closing ceremonies
>> Your company logo displayed on the projection screen before the opening ceremony
>> Your company logo displayed on the projection screen in each classroom between speakers
>> Your company logo displayed on summit materials
>> A push notification on the summit app - Receive access to the Conference Tracker Leads app (must register before March 26th)

- Receive priority access to private meeting space in the summit area to meet with clients or
conduct a meeting
- Have your company recognized as a Bronze Sponsor through the following:
>> A push notification on the summit app
>> Your company logo displayed on the sponsorship board at the summit
>> Your company logo displayed on the summit website - Be recognized as the sponsor of multi-day private entry to the virtual TOPGOLF Swing Suite for attendees OR
- Be recognized as the sponsor of a summit break or coffee provider
- Receive access to the Conference Tracker Leads app (must register before March 26th)

- Have your company recognized as a Copper Sponsor through the following:
>> A push notification on the summit app
>> Your company logo displayed on the sponsorship board at the summit
>> Your company logo displayed on the summit website - Be recognized as the sponsor of single-day private entry to the virtual TOPGOLF Swing Suite for attendees OR
- Be recognized as the sponsor of the summit coin or t-shirt

- Have your company recognized as a Copper Sponsor through the following:
>> A push notification on the summit app
>> Your company logo displayed on the sponsorship board at the summit

- Enjoy one 8×10-ft exhibit space in the 8,000-sqft Vendor Show area
>> This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your company’s products to over 500 attendees from over 150 law enforcement organizations - Includes 1 table, 2 chairs, electrical power, and Wi-Fi access
- Includes access to the Conference Tracker Leads app, which will allow you to scan attendee badges (must register before March 26th)
- Includes access to a private area inside the summit space to conduct private meetings or meet with clients
>> The use of this space must be coordinated with vendor staff - Have the option to place your vendor table in the hallway outside the classrooms for increased visibility
>> Hallway space is first come, first served, as space is limited - Have your company logo placed on the official 2024 RISS Western Region Human Trafficking Summit website, recognizing you as vendor at this year’s summit
